| Answer: An affiliate is a company, organization or person who owns/control a website. The affiliate publishes advertising material selected from Killnoise.com and receive commission when the ads are clicked and/or results in another type of activity. |

| Answer: No, it is free of charge. |
| #3 Question: What is an affiliate program |
| Answer: Affiliate programs are run by companies that wants to market themselves on Internet. As an affiliate, You receive commission by publishing advertising material from our affiliate program on Your website. |
| #4 Question: Does my website qualify? |
| Answer: To become an affiliate Your website has to fulfill certain minimum criterias. It has to work, it may not contain pornographic or illegal material, and content and design must uphold some quality. Free websites and domains, as well as member areas on communities and similar does not qualify. Even if Your website has been accepted by us its quality generally influences the amount of visitors and generated commission to a great extent. |
| #5 Question: Why have my application not been approved? |
| Answer: We try to provide a reason when we turn down an application. Most of the time the website applied with doesn't fulfill our minimum criteria, but it sometimes happen that the given information is incorrect in a way that makes it impossible for us to handle the application. You may apply again when You feel that Your website fulfills our criteria. |
| #6 Question: How long does it take to become an affiliate? |
| Answer: To register online takes only a minute. Depending on workload, it may take a couple of days before we can handle Your application. |
| #7 Question: How and when is earned commission made available? |
| Answer: To receive payments, You have to submit all required information we need to perform payments. Payments are made monthly when You have at least 20 EUR available. If an affiliate program haven\'t payed on time, the commission You have earned on that program will be delayed. |
| #8 Question: What happens if I don't submit my bank or PayPal account information? |
| Answer: Valid bank or PayPal account information is required for Killnoise.com to perform payments. |
| #9 Question: Do I have to pay tax on my income from Killnoise.com? |
| Answer: If You apply as a private person, and not as a company, we either pay taxes or You have to register and pay applicable taxes Yourself, depending on which country You reside in. |
| #10 Question: May I use advertising material from Killnoise.com in newsletters? |
| Answer: Yes, as long as it follows our standard rules of usage. The reciever must approve of the newsletter and have the possibility to easily cancel the subscription. Using material from Killnoise.com in spam will result in an immediate cancellation of Your account at Killnoise.com. |
| #11 Question: What is ad code? |
| Answer: Ad codes are HTML-code used to show advertising material of various types. Copy the code for ads You want to use and place them in the source code of Your website. |
| #12 Question: Is it allowed to modify the ad codes? |
| Answer: You may make minor changes in the code in order to have them work properly on Your website, both in function and in form. But note that all modifications are made on Your own risk, You are responsible for errors that may occur due to modified code. Erroneous codes may result in untrackable traffic that don't register commission correctly and in the worst case, serious errors that results in cancellation of Your account at Killnoise.com. |
| #13 Question: May I modify texts and/or images used in the ads? |
| Answer: Only marginal modifications are allowed, unless the affiliate program has stated otherwise. Using non-sanctioned texts or images may result in cancellation of Your program at Killnoise.com. |
| #14 Question: Can I use advertising material from Killnoise on more then one website? |
| Answer: Yes, but You must register all websites You use our material on. |
| #15 Question: Is Killnoise able to track affiliates that are trying to misuse the system in various ways? |
| Answer: Yes. Unfortunately, it is not uncommon that less serious affiliates tries to "cheat" the system to register undeserved commission, but we use advanced tools to validate and identify suspicious traffic. An affiliate that intentionally misuses the system in such a way will have his/hers account closed and registered commission refunded. |
