Affiliate user agreement

In order to use our services as an affiliate at Killnoise, You must read and approve our user agreement. By submitting Your application You have agreed on the terms as stated below.

• Advertising material: Advertising material owned by Killnoise and made available at Killnoise.com.
• Traffic: Internet users that have performed activities that concerns our advertising material.

Personal information

• You have to be at least 18 years old.
• The personal information You submit must be correct.
• To receive payments, name, civic number, address and account information must be present.
• Submitting false information is illegal.

Advertising material

Advertising material from Killnoise.com

• may not appear on web-pages that might contain pornographic, provocative or illegal material.
• may not be included in SPAM (unwanted mass mails). Sending SPAM is illegal. You may include advertising material in newsletter as long as the has willingly subscribed to it, and has the possibility of unsubscribing.

• To demand or force a visitor to click ads is not permitted.
• To lead visitors through advertising material from Killnoise.com in a way where they do not willingly click the ads is not permitted.
• To use scripts, frames, applications and similar to automatically generate traffic is not permitted.
• To perform any action that produces a commission Yourself is not permitted.
• Advertising material from Killnoise.com belongs to Killnoise. Advertising material may not be edited, manipulated or copied for own usage without written consent from Killnoise.
• It is not permitted to request visitors to click ads and/or register false leads or sales, or otherwise present advertising material in a way that generates traffic with commission in a way that is unwanted by Killnoise.
• Fraud is a serious crime and will be handled as such. If we suspect that You are trying to manipulate/misuse the systems by using script, frames, iframes or similar, Your account will immediately be closed and no further payments will be made.
• Killnoise is not responsible for Your actions as an affiliate. If You distribute material from Killnoise.com on web-pages that contain illegal material or as SPAM, Killnoise can not be held responsible.
• If You do not adhere to this agreement, You risk having Your account closed and all payments withheld. Killnoise reserves the right to close accounts belonging to affiliates suspected of misusage according to this agreement without prior notice. No payments are made from an account that have been closed.

General

• You may only distribute advertising material from Killnoise.com on websites You own Yourself or have the permission from the owner to distribute material on. The websites where advertising material from Killnoise.com is used must be registered to Your account on Killnoise.com administration panel. Traffic originating from websites not owned/managed by You and/or not registered to Your account may be denied.
• All collection of data and statistics are handled by Killnoise.com. Commissions are based on statistics from Killnoise.com and nobody else.
• You may only have one (1) affiliate account at Killnoise.com.
• No payments are made until Your account balance (earned commission) is higher than appropriate the threshold, at present 20 EUR.
• If Killnoise suspects that You forward non-usable visitors on purpose, they have the right to deny commission and have the right to close Your account.
• Killnoise reserve the right to cancel commission at any time without prior notice.
• Killnoise fully owns Killnoise.com and may change the agreements at any time.

The service

The network Killnoise.com is developed and maintained by Killnoise. Killnoise.com provides You with the possibility to participate in a performance based affiliate program. You earn commission by sending visitors to the program that performs a purchase. The commission rate is decided in advance. To register as an affiliate is free of charge.

Payment and commission

Commissions are subject to change at any time. Commissions are applied when Your visitors generates a purchase. To become a member, and thus being subject to receive commission, You have to be approved by the affiliate program. Payments are only made when Your account balance have reached the appropriate threshold, at this time 20 EUR.

Payments are made to the bank or PayPal account registered, which has to be registered correctly. If You haven´t registered an account no payments are done until valid information is provided. It is Your responsibility to make sure registered information is correct. Erroneous information might lead to failed payments. Killnoise is not responsible for errors that occurs in payments.

Depending on type of receiver (company, private person) and country, tax and/or employment fees may be subtracted from the payment. If applicable, payments include VAT.

If for some reason a sale is registered when it should not have been, Killnoise have the right to demand a refund of the commission. Killnoise have the right to demand refund of commissions if a sale has been cancelled or a registration error has occurred. Killnoise maintains the right to control Your commissions and payments.

Personal information

Upon applying as an affiliate at Killnoise.com, You must provide personal information such as name, address, civic number and bank account information. This information is required in order for Killnoise to transfer Your earned commissions. This information is only available to Killnoise and not to anyone else.

Bank account

Payments can be made to bank or PayPal accounts. Contact, address and bank or PayPal account information must be correct in order for Killnoise to perform payments. For affiliates registered as private persons, civic number must also be present. For companies, either organizational number or VAT-registration must be valid.

Cookies

Killnoise.com uses cookies to keep track of leads and sales. A cookie is a small text file that the users browsers saves on the computer. The file is completely harmless and may only be read by Killnoise.com, no other websites may access the information we save.

Consult the available help and FAQ pages in order to find answers to the most frequent questions. If You don´t find an answer on these pages, You may contact us at info@Killnoise.com or by using the contact forms on Killnoise.com. We try to answer all mails within two work days. If the answer to Your question is available at the help and FAQ pages at Killnoise.com, we may not answer Your e-mail.

News and updates

Killnoise reserves the right to send e-mails and regular mail to our affiliates concerning news and updates.

Changes in service

The agreement is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Killnoise reserves the right to ad, change or remove material and functionality from Killnoise.com. Major changes will be announced at Killnoise.com and/or by e-mail. If You do not approve of a change in agreement and/or service, You may cancel Your account at any time.

Application

You must be at least 18 years old and own or otherwise manage a website targeting visitors in order to use Killnoise.com as an affiliate. Websites containing pornographic and/or illegal material are not allowed, neither is warez-, crack-, and hackersites.

The information You provide when applying must be correct. The personal information and e-mail address must be Your own. If You suspect that someone else has gained access to Your account information and/or account, immediately contact us at affiliate@Killnoise.com. You are personally responsible for Your username and password and any change made to Your account is Your own responsibility. Fraud and misuse involving Your account will lead to cancellation.

Limited responsibility

Neither Killnoise or any of Killnoises employees or clients can be held responsible for lost data, errors or unintended costs somehow involving links or ads from Killnoise placed on Your website. Killnoise offers its services "as is" and all links and tracking codes are used solely for tracking traffic from Your website.

Rights of ownership

Approved affiliates have access to advertising material at Killnoise.com (images, banners, links, texts and other material that may be applicable). You have the right to use such material as stated by this and other agreements in order to market our products. All material provided by our programs is owned by Killnoise and may not be altered or used in other contexts without Killnoise explicit approval. It is not allowed to use ads/graphics/texts from Killnoise.com for own usage. If You use material from Killnoise.com in disregard of applicable agreements, Your account may be cancelled.
